Our products are digital products. No physical product will be shipped.
The Ultimate Wedding Planner is a customizable Google Sheets planning template designed to help organize wedding-related information such as budgets, guests, vendors, checklists, seating, timelines, and honeymoon planning.
2. Purchase & Payment
Purchases are completed through Payhip and its available payment providers.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information required to complete your purchase.
After successful payment, access to the purchased digital product will be provided through the delivery process used by Payhip. Payhip supports digital-product delivery after purchase.
3. Personal Use License
Your purchase provides you with a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased planner for your own personal wedding planning.
You may:
- Make your own copy of the planner.
- Customize it for your personal use.
- Add, edit, or remove your own wedding information.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell the planner.
- Redistribute or share the original template.
- Upload the planner to another marketplace or website.
- Give copies of the planner to other people.
- Claim the planner or its contents as your own.
- Reproduce or commercially distribute the template without written permission.
Your purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying template to you.
5. Sample / Demonstration Version
A filled sample version may be included with the product for demonstration and reference.
The sample is provided to show how the planner can look when completed. It is not intended to be redistributed, resold, or presented as your own work.
6. Google Sheets & Compatibility
The planner is designed for Google Sheets.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection, and access to a Google account capable of using Google Sheets.
Some features may depend on Google Sheets functionality and future changes to third-party services may affect how certain features work. Payhip seller terms similarly commonly place responsibility for compatibility with the buyer’s software/device environment.
7. Formulas & Protected Areas
The planner contains formulas and automated functions used for calculations, progress tracking, statuses, charts, and dashboard information.
Some cells may be protected to help prevent accidental changes.
You agree not to intentionally bypass, alter, or remove protected formulas or automated functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
All original content, design, layout, formulas, graphics, text, and structure of the planner remain the intellectual property of [Your Brand Name], except for third-party materials or elements that are subject to their respective rights.
Purchasing the product gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
